AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Direction Weapon Institute ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website www.dwipro.in, the student login portal, and all other related educational services (collectively, the "Services").

1. OUR SERVICES

Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees, faculty members, or co-students.

5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

If the student portal allows you to write reviews, ask doubts, or post comments, please note that these may be viewable by other users. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your contributions do not violate public decency or any third-party rights.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You agree that we can use and share any suggestions or feedback submitted by you for any purpose without compensation. You retain ownership of your text, but you expressly exonerate us from any legal actions regarding your posts.

7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law, including restricting or disabling their accounts without prior notice.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the student portal or are enrolled in the institute. We reserve the right to deny access to the portal (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person who breaches these terms or exhibits disciplinary misconduct.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change or modify the content of our online services or portal features at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any temporary technical glitches, website downtime, or network failures that interrupt your online lectures.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India and the State of Chhattisgarh. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Dantewada (Chhattisgarh) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these terms.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations: To control the cost of any dispute, the Parties (Institute and Student/Parent) agree to first attempt to negotiate any conflict informally for at least 30 days before initiating any legal action.

Binding Arbitration: If unresolved by talks, the dispute shall be finally settled under Indian Arbitration laws by a single arbitrator appointed by the institute, with the seat of arbitration in Dantewada.

12. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to course fees, syllabus descriptions, or batch timings. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update the information at any time without prior notice.

13. DISCLAIMER

The online services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You agree that your use of the website and portal will be at your sole risk. We do not guarantee that the portal will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

In no event will Direction Weapon Institute or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of data) arising from your use of the digital services.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any losses, damages, or claims (including legal fees) made by a third party due to your breach of these Legal Terms or your violation of the rights of another student.

We will maintain student academic data (such as names, scores, and portal logs) for the purpose of managing educational performance. While we back up data regularly, you are responsible for keeping your own track of external records.

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Visiting the website, enrolling online, or sending us emails constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically via WhatsApp, SMS, or emails, and you agree that all such alerts satisfy legal requirements.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms and any operating rules posted on the site constitute the entire agreement between you and the institute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will still hold true.
