ADMISSION CANCELLATION & FEE REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Direction Weapon Institute. Thank you for choosing our courses and educational services. Before finalizing your admission, please read our cancellation and refund guidelines carefully.

By enrolling in any course at our institute, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration Fee

1. The Registration / Admission Form Fee collected at the time of enrollment is strictly non-refundable. Under no circumstances will this amount be refunded, as it covers administrative processing and seat allocation costs.

2. Course Fee Refund Timeline

If a student wishes to cancel their admission and requests a refund, the return of the tuition fee will be governed by the following schedule:

1. Before the Batch Starts: If a written cancellation request is submitted before the official commencement date of the batch, 100% of the tuition fee (excluding the registration fee) will be refunded.
2. Within 7 Days of Batch Start: If the request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the batch start date, a 25% deduction will be applied to the total tuition fee, and the remaining 75% will be refunded.
3. After 7 Days of Batch Start: No refund (0%) will be granted under any circumstances if a student leaves the course or remains absent after 7 days from the official batch start date.

3. Study Material & Digital Access

1. If the student has already received books, notes, uniforms, bags, or any physical study material at the time of admission, the actual cost of these items will be deducted from the final refund amount.
2. If online portal access, mobile app login, or any digital learning credentials have been generated for the student, an additional activation charge of ₹500 will be deducted.

4. Disciplinary Dismissal Policy

1. If a student is expelled or dismissed from the institute due to a violation of rules, indiscipline, misbehavior, or any unethical activity, their entire fee will be forfeited. They will not be entitled to any refund.

5. Refund Application Process

1. To request a refund, the student or their parent/guardian must submit a formal written application via our official email: directionweaponinstitute@gmail.com.
2. The application must clearly include the student's name, registration/roll number, course name, payment receipt copy, and a valid reason for cancellation.
3. Verbal requests or claims made over phone calls will not be entertained.

6. Processing Timeline

1. Once a refund application is officially approved, it will take 14 to 21 working days to process the transaction.
2. The refunded amount will be transferred directly to the verified bank account of the parent or student via online modes (UPI/NEFT/Original Payment Source). No cash refunds will be issued.
