1. Admission and Enrollment

  • Admission to Direction Weapon Institute (DWI) programs is subject to eligibility criteria outlined in each course description.
  • Students are officially enrolled upon completion of registration and payment.
  • The institute reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission for any behavior or criteria that violate these terms.

 

2. Fees and Payment Policies

  • All fees must be paid in full before the beginning of each course or as per an approved payment plan.
  • Payment deadlines are strictly enforced; failure to comply may result in suspension from classes.
  • Course fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.

 

3. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Students are expected to attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled classes for each course to qualify for certification.
  • Absence beyond this limit without valid reason may lead to disqualification or retake requirements.
  • Punctuality is essential. Persistent lateness may affect assessments and overall grading.

 

4. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful and professional behavior is required at all times on institute premises.
  • Any form of harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior is grounds for disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
  • The use of institute equipment, internet, and resources is strictly for educational purposes; personal or unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

5. Intellectual Property and Resource Use

  • Course materials, digital resources, and institute software are proprietary to Direction Weapon Institute.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of institute materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Students agree to adhere to copyright laws and acknowledge that all materials provided are for personal educational use only.

 

6. Assessments and Certification

  • Assessment policies vary by course. Students must complete all assessments, projects, and exams to be eligible for certification.
  • Certification is awarded only to those who meet all course requirements, including attendance, participation, and passing grades.
  • If a student fails to meet the minimum assessment criteria, a retake policy may apply, potentially with additional fees.

 

7. Use of Equipment and Safety Policies

  • Students are responsible for using institute equipment with care. Damages caused by negligence may require compensation.
  • The institute is not liable for any injuries incurred during the course unless directly due to negligence by institute staff.
  • Safety procedures must be followed at all times, especially in labs and practical training areas.

 

8. Data Privacy

  • Personal information collected by DWI is used solely for administrative purposes.
  • The institute maintains confidentiality and complies with data protection laws.

 

9. Termination of Enrollment

  • The institute reserves the right to terminate enrollment due to violations of these terms, lack of attendance, unpaid fees, or misconduct.
  • Upon termination, any paid fees are generally non-refundable.

 

10. Liability

  • Direction Weapon Institute is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to student property on premises.
  • Students agree to release the institute from liability related to their voluntary participation in courses and activities.

 

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Direction Weapon Institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary.
  • Students will be notified of any changes, and continued enrollment implies acceptance of revised terms.
